It's been a great first year for distribution (full year report to follow in January) with ANW now having 26 stockists worldwide. Prez Bush : Print Review

Rightly or wrongly President Bush left his mark. A generation of youth will remember him as a man that single handly destroyed the world. We wouldn't go that far and like to see Bush as someone that simply got more things wrong that right. Either way we have arrested him, placed him behind bars and left it to you to make your own verdict. How & why are probably the first things you'll ask him as the Jury is out on George W Jr.

A genius or mad scientist? It doesn't really matter for us as we have looked at splicing up Albert with a fresh twist. The bold yellow is a centre price for our AW collection and has been used liberially across this seasons graphics. We enjoy bring back icons of the past with twist of modern graffiti and good old Albert deomstrates this perfectly.  The Albert graphic is also available in our sweat shirts.

Design Review : Queen Doing Work Tee

The current financial climate has made things more difficult for all of us recently and we are firm believers in pulling up your socks and getting on with it. Therefore, if we can do it the Queen can too! The Queen Doing Work tee represents an idea that work is the backbone of a nation and should be embraced by all. We also like the idea of her majesty serving up our quarter pounder meal in the early hours of a saturday morning. And Now Wee Burgers is the restaurant and 'Queenie' is ready to take your order. Design Review : Obama Tee

  If you didn't already know Barack Obama is the 44th and current President of the United States. He is the first African-American to hold the office. He is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School and played high school basket ball at level deemed 'college standard'. When all is said and done President Obama demonstrates the pinnacle of the prefect role model. ANW loves Obama. However, we like our twists to the norm and I'm sure Barack would share our humour in presenting him after a hard days work sparking up in the garage behind the White House for some 'Barack time'. Even the number one man in the world needs to relax. We grab a snapshot of the main man, frame it and add some colour; enjoy the design.

The Mug Shots Tee considers a cross section of the rich, famous, notorius and rebellious as icon figures. They simply become the 'No Rule Crew'. Inspection of the graphic could show Jimi Hendrix, Tu Pac and 50-cent, along with Dudley Moore and Jim Morrison gracing the black board and chalk inspection booth,  but we can't confirm this due to covered eyes. We'll let you guess the others as it seems more fun that way.

The Bat Girl

This season sees And Now Wee discover super heroes turned upside down. We like the thought of a Girl fighting Gotham's underworld but having time to break between kicking ass. Cigarettes are bad for you, but who's likely to tell someone so beautiful and dangerous. There have been too many male superheroes of late so welcome. 

 The Get lost or get F***** text is inspired by recent graphics around Brick Lane. We also loved a recent text found close to home which can be seen just below the print 'The day to day grind of fallen men lost in their own disbelief'. We have started to introduce our Spitalfields roots to our prints to give a sense of place to each piece. It’s with great pleasure to announce our Autumn/Winter collection combining our staple innovative and original prints with our basic jersey wear collection (first time on ASOS). We have developed our statement graphics to combine a sense of fun, but continued commitment to detail. The use of bold color and twist humor stay at the forefront of our designs. Iconic figures of the past are re-invented along with political references in the last decade being exposed. As always we use the finest inks and screen printing process to build a t-shirt which will last you wash after wash. We recommend keeping your bottom half subtle with neutral colours (as shown with our in-house models) to balance the look.

When the Tiger buys a top hat

Our limited edition piece for the summer is undoubtedly the Tiger Frame Tee. The detail in the graphic meant the Tigers eyes needed their own screens built just to reflect the exact color we were after, a deep rich hazel.

The design reflects animal motifs in it’s purest form demonstrating our love for imagining icon figures from history as something new, different and exciting.

We look at re-imagining themes of the circus from the Victorians and switch the role of the animals to masters. The Tiger Frame tee is a fun and playful twist to what was the norm from that time, and allows the animals themselves to be the center piece of the design.
